Reply to an E-mail - All E-mail providersE-mail programs provide the option to Reply or Reply to All. They appear to work the same from all providers. However, if you look long enough, I am certain you will find one that is different. If you select the Reply, you can send a reply only to the person that sent you the E-mail. If you Reply to All, your reply will also go to everyone that the E-mail was sent to in the "To" and "CC" fields. Normally the text of the message you received will also be included. However attachments, such as photos, will normally not be included. However, in some E-mail programs, you can select an option to not send the original E-mail. The subject line of the Reply E-mail will be the same as the one you received except it will have a "Re:" placed at its beginning. After each reply, another "Re:" is placed in front of the Subject. However, if you wish, you may select the Subject area and change it. Forward an E-mailForward allows you to send an E-mail on to other people. It will include all of the text and attachments of the original E-mail. It will add "Fw:" to the E-mail subject.
